Our ingredients are sourced from the local area (pork, eggs, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, tea, honey, mineral water).
Wines are from our winery next door. They're made from grapes grown in our own vineyards.
We offer free tours of the winery and free wine tastings.
Wines including non-alcoholic versions are available by the glass or in bottle.
We also stock some excellent beers made locally.
When the weather is nice you may be able to view Mount Fuji from your table.
